GENERAL INFORMATION
Making Your Reservation
Once you have received a price quote, you
can book instantly on line or contact us with
the correct legal names of your travelers. We will make your
reservation. The price on the quote is
guaranteed when we make the reservation.
A deposit is due on your reservation.
Often the deposit is due with in 24 hours, occasionally
sooner. We will use the tour operator
with the best rate. Promotional or sale fares may require a higher deposit.
Bookings can be made up to 3 days before travel. Upon receipt of deposit, your
tentative booking becomes a confirmed reservation. Payment in full is
usually due 45
days prior to departure. Booking made less than 45 days before departure
require immediate payment in full. Be sure to make your payment on time as we
cannot hold reservations beyond the payment deadlines
Payments
We accept the following form of payment:
(1) Check, Certified check or Money Order.
(2)Credit Cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discover Card

Documentation
Documents including tickets and vouchers are shipped
after final payment. You will receive your documents at the address you specify on
your purchase from/ letter of
authorization. Documents will arrive
2-3 weeks before you travel. Additional
charges for shipping will apply for
addresses outside the United States.
Always check your documents for accuracy immediately upon receipt.
Late Bookings
Bookings made 14 days or less before departure will incur a
fee to cover additional expense reservation and expedited
documents.
Revisions/ Changes
Once payment has been received, a fee will be charged each time
changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. The change
penalties vary by tour operator. And
ranges between $15-$50.
Cancellations
To minimize penalties, please advise us immediately should you wish to cancel a
confirmed reservation. Cancellation penalty are as follows:
46 days or more/$50.00 pp
45-22 days/ $150 pp
21-00 days/ $200 pp
Additional cancellation charges: Depending on the tariff, from $50.00 to the
full amount of the fare may be forfeited. Hotel penalties often apply, and the
amount varies by hotel.
Cancellation penalties may vary depending on travel dates and hotel, due to
certain hotel cancellation policies and airfare tariffs. Penalties up to the
full amount paid may apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional sales.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
Increased Airport Security
Arrive at the airport early. For international travel plan to arrive 3 hours
prior to departure and be checked in for your flight no later than 2 hours
prior to departure. Late arriving passengers may be denied boarding. Passengers
are limited to one carry on bag in addition to a personal item such as a purse
or briefcase. Knives and sharp instruments are prohibited on aircraft.
Anticipate various security check points and be prepared to cooperate with
baggage searches etc.
Refunds
No refunds can be made for unused services or
inclusives. All tickets and
vouchers must be returned before a refund can be issued. Please allow 4-6 weeks
for processing refunds after notifying us to cancel reservation.
Travel Insurance
Travel Pre-travel penalty, health and accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is
available. Unexpected circumstances can occur at anytime, anywhere and anyone.
A sudden emergency just before or even during your vacation may force you to
cancel or interrupt your trip. Should this occur, the last thing you need to
worry about is the money you could lose.
We strongly recommend that you protect your vacation investment with low-cost
travel insurance. The policies vary from
tour operator to tour operator. Please
contact your agent for specifics on the
policy you have purchased.
Entry Requirements- Passports
Beginning December 31, 2006 Passports are
required for all U.S. Citizens traveling to
Mexico or the Caribbean.
Prior to that time U.S. Citizens must present one of the following items at airport check-in as
proof of citizenship: valid passport, certified copy
of state issued birth certificate (hospital
birth certificates will not be accepted) and
state issued drivers license with
picture.
The
airline cannot board any passenger who fails to carry proper documents.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any refund due to your failure to
bring the proper documentation. Non-U.S. Citizens must check with the
appropriate Consulate or Tourist Board regarding entry requirements. A driver’s
license alone is not acceptable as proof of citizenship.
Some of the destinations we offer
require a passport for entry. Check
with your agent to find out if a passport is
required to visit your vacation destination.
Beginning January 1, 2007 a passport will
be required for reentry into the United
States if you have been visiting the Caribbean
or Mexico.
Baggage
Air Jamaica allows each passenger to travel with 2 checked bags (maximum weight
50lbs each) plus one carry-on bag. Additional bags may
incur excess baggage charges.
Not Included in the Package Price
Porterage at airports, tips to sightseeing guides, and unless otherwise
indicated, tips in restaurants, to hotel bellmen in chambermaids; items of a
personal nature such as laundry, phone calls or any items not specified as
included.
Island Departure Tax
Not included are per person departure taxes paid at the airport when exiting.
The following departure taxes payable at local currency were applicable at time
of printing and equivalent to:
Jamaica-$27 US - Included with airline ticket purchase.
Nassau - $18 US
Barbados - $15 US
St. Lucia - $21 US
To verify if Jamaican departure tax is included in your airline ticket check
the "fare ladder" in the bottom left hand corner of the ticket. If there is a
tax coded "wd" this indicates that the tax has been paid.

RESPONSIBILITY
Airline Responsibility
Your flight itinerary is accurate at the time of booking HOWEVER the airlines
do reserve the right to change flight times and routing with out notifying the
consumer, travel agency or tour operator. The airlines are only responsible to
deliver you to your ticket destination. The airlines do often make this type of
change. You are responsible for phoning the airline and reconfirming your
flight itinerary the day before travel. The Conditions of Carriage in use by
the airlines concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines
and the purchaser of these tours and /or vacations. The airlines concerned are
not liable for any act, omission or event whatsoever, that occurs during the
time the passengers are not on board their plans or conveyances. Liability of
the airlines for loss, damage or delay to baggage does not exceed $9.07 per
pound up to a maximum of 44 lbs. for checked luggage and $400 for unchecked
baggage or personal property.
Our tour operators have made arrangement with the airlines, hotels and other
independent suppliers to provide the services and accommodations in connection
with your vacation. Discount-All-Inclusive.com,
Inc. and the tour operators used and their associated or affiliated
companies, their agents, servants and employees shall not be liable for any
claims, actions, caused action, injury, damage, loss, delay or expense arising
out of the action or omissions of these independent suppliers providing
services including, but not limited, to transportation, hotel, food or
sightseeing services over whom we do not have direct control. In the unlikely
event you should have a dispute with any supplier we will do our best to assist
in resolving the matter. In agreeing
to these terms and conditions all
individuals buying travel packages from
Discount-All-Inclusive.com Inc agree that
any and all disputes will be resolved in
Cobb County Georgia using the BBB of Cobb
county GA's Dispute resolution and binding
arbitration program. For details on
this program please contact the Better
Business Bureau.
Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, delay
or inconvenience, whether physical or emotional, resulting from factors beyond
our control including, but not limited, to the Acts of God, weather, mechanical
breakdowns, labor disputes or strikes, disturbances, force majeure, sickness,
pilferage, quarantine, acts of terrorism, government actions or the failure of
any aircraft, watercraft or other means of transportation to depart or arrive
as scheduled, or for your failure to obtain valid documents or your failure to
follow instructions.
We cannot accept liability for loss or delay of your luggage or personal
property, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, emotional distress, upset or
disappointment resulting from the actions of any independent supplier or from
any factor beyond our control.
All prices , hotel information, special offer, bonuses and/or inclusions in
this web site are accurate at time of printing and are subject to
change without notice. The right is reserved to withdraw any program and/or

discretion, as we deem necessary at any time. All featured information;
