| MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION | |

General Information:
-Hotel opened in 2004.
-Located on Bloody Bay Beach on the same
beach as Riu Tropical Bay (walking distance)
Minimum Age Requirements:
-During all months (besides Spring Break March & April)
requires at least one person 18 years or older in
every room.
-No student groups under 21 years old or Spring
Breakers are accepted all year round.
Springbreak Policy:
-During the months of March & April, at least one person
must be 21 years of age or older in every room. During
these months, the hotel reserves the right not to admit
any room in which all guests are younger than 21. This
situation can have serious repercussions and should be
avoided at any cost. Please advise the travel agencies
accordingly.
Special Golf Rates:
Guests staying at any of the Riu Resorts in Jamaica
are eligible for reduced golf rates at specified
golf courses. The effective dates for 2009-2010
are 11/01/09-10/31/10.
Please Note:
-Guests might be required to show valid
proof of stay at the Riu resorts.
-All arrangements, such as reservations and
event redemption of these conditions will
be handled by the golf courses directly.
Honeymooners
