| MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION | |

General
-There is a Christmas and New Year's Eve Supplement
that is charged automatically on stays crossing
those 2 nights.
WEDDING REQUIREMENTS continued
Requirements for the 4 Witnesses (if foreign)
-Name, age nationality, home address, occupation, copy of
valid passport and FMT Tourist Card. This document will be
provided by the airline and stamped by the Immigration
Officer upon arrival in Mexico.
Note:
-Bride, Groom, and Witnesses must arrive to Cancun 4 working
days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays, and
Mexican Holidays do not count), the wedding coordinator
must receive the documents in order to start the
corresponding application for a marriage in the Civil
Registry Office.
-The hotel must deliver all the original documents at least
4 working days prior to the wedding date in order to make
the arrangements with the judge.
-At the end of the ceremony, the judge provides a marriage
certificate which is only valid in Mexico. Should the
couple want to make it valid internationally, the judge
will legalize it by sending the document to Chetumal to
Apostille by the Secretary of State. This arrangement has
a charge and the process may take 1-4 months. Once the
document is apostilled, the hotel can send it to the
couple's home.
*These documents must be legalized and translated into
Spanish by the Mexican Consulate before arriving to Mexico
(this service is also available in this area). It is the
couple's responsibility to have all the documentation
before the wedding date as required. Being the judge is an
outside service provided by the Mexican Government, the
hotel cannot be responsible for any delay or alteration due
to this institution.
Complimentary Golf
We regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our
control we will no longer be able to offer guests
complimentary golf at Mayakoba in the Riviera Maya affecting
Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita Riviera Maya, Secrets
Silversands Riviera Cancun, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera
Cancun, Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa, Secrets Capri
Riviera Cancun, Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa and
Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa. The golf course is no longer
honoring any reservations that had been previously confirmed.
In order to continue to offer our mutual guests complimentary
greens fees during their stays, we are pleased to announce a
new deal that has been finalized with Playa Paraiso golf
course. Spanning over 6800 yards, this 18 hole course offers
a lighted and covered driving range, pro shop, club and shoe
rental services, restaurant and snack bar.
Details on the new offer are as follows:
-From now until 12/31/10, guests will be offered to play one
complimentary round per person, per day at Playa Paraiso
golf course. The use of a cart is mandatory and there will
be a charge of $35.00 USD per person.
-Tee times scheduled before 1:00pm are surcharged at $35.00 USD
per person, plus the cost of the cart.
-Guests will have access to the complimentary on course food
and beverage service provided by Playa Paraiso.
-Guests must arrange their tee time in advance with the resort
concierge and provide a credit card when doing so. If guests
wish to cancel or reschedule their tee time, they must do so
at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100.00 USD no show
penalty per person which will be charged to the credit card
they have provided.

two nearby Secrets Resorts & Spas, complete with:
-Complimentary cuisine at the restaurant of your choice at
Secrets Maroma Beach (15 minutes by car) or Secrets
Silversands (35 minutes by car).
-The opportunity to take in that resort's evening
entertainment
Terms & Conditions:
-The Dine Around program is only good for dinner. It is
not a day pass.
-Guest must make arrangements through the resort concierge
by 3:00pm.
-Guest may choose to dine at any of the restaurants that
are serving dinner.
-This offer applies only for 4 guests per dining experience.
-Guests are responsible for cost of transportation to and
from the resort.
WEDDING REQUIREMENTS
The civil wedding is celebrated in Spanish. Please
be advised that Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun does
not celebrate denominational weddings.
Documentation required by Mexican Law in order to
have a civil wedding ceremony in Mexico:
Bride and Groom:
-Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation,
relationship, and copy of passports for Bride and
Groom and witnesses
-Valid passports (this is essential otherwise the
wedding cannot be performed)
-The blood tests are taken in Mexico; they are not
valid if it is taken elsewhere. To be considered
valid the test should not be taken more than 14
days prior to ceremony, The blood will be tested
for HIV, RPR (sexually transmitted diseases) and
blood type. The results will be ready in 24 hours
together with a certificate of the blood test and
the charge will be $200.00 USD tax per couple.
-Divorce certificate (should this be the case).*
-FMT Tourist card. This document will be provided by the
airline and stamped by the Immigration Officer upon
arrival in Mexico.
