One of the most top notch destinations you will be able to go to in the Mayan Riviera. Don't like to wait...take advantage of online check in at the hotel upt o 48 hrs. in advance...then just show up, grab your key and head to your room. My husband, who has no patience at all thought this was one of the best features of any hotel he has ever been to.
