DAI Inside Scoop: The CuisinArt Resort & Spa reflects the elegant beauty of the Mediterranean. Amongst the 93 luxurious accommodations are nine luxury guest rooms, 60 Junior Suites, two Penthouse Suites and a combination of Luxury Junior and one bedroom suites. The architecture features a distinct Greek aesthetic; whitewashed masonry, gracefully arcing geometry and vibrant blue domes and tiles reminiscent of the island of Mykonos. The long-term development of the resort falls to the architectural firm of Culpen & Woods of Stamford, CT.
The CuisinArt Resort & Spa is the only island resort to offer its guest a clean air recirculation system and a sprinkler/fire alarm system. The resort is also the only property on the island built to a Code D hurricane resistance rating - the highest, most stringent rating in construction.
